Yes, owner Eric is a body builder, but that’s just his thing.  All of the trainers are dedicated to the concept of overall fitness for better health, endurance, flexibility, weight loss, body sculpting, and slowing/reversing the aging process. It doesn't matter how old or young you are ... we can tailor a program for YOU.  Personal training keeps you motivated and helps you achieve your goals - whatever they may be.  As certified professional trainers, we  know how to expertly guide you through routines to improve every part of your body. Without this expert guidance, exercisers often expend a lot of energy in performing moves incorrectly (and then lament that  “it” doesn’t work), or they become bored with their routine, not knowing how to vary it to achieve the desired results, and then end up abandoning their program.

With a variety of trainers and facilities in the Coachella Valley, why are we different?

We specialize and customize, tailoring each training “system” to the needs of the individual client.  We focus on good health and smart workouts to get results.  Training is either private or semi- private. We have a dynamic exercise system.  You won’t get a printed schedule of specific exercises and incremental adjustments, because the variety is endless.  We vary each session and adjust exercises to your needs and abilities.  We learn your strengths and your limitations, and work with them. We work in our own facility, an environment we have established and over which we have control.  We have purchased only the equipment we deem best suited to our clients’ needs.  We can assure you that the facility will always be well maintained, and clean and sanitary.  We are a limited membership gym.  There will always be sufficient room and equipment for your workouts or with a personal trainer.  You will not have to worry about overcrowding or avoiding peak hours. We believe in good nutrition and balanced meals, and can offer nutritional advice based on those concepts. WHAT WE DO After an initial consultation and evaluation of your general fitness, we can set realistic and periodic goals.  In each training session, we will guide you through exercises - free weights, machines, stretches, cardio intervals -  that target specific body areas in different sessions, encouraging and motivating you to push yourself a little bit harder each time.  Working with a personal trainer is a treat - you don’t have to decide what to do, just follow instructions. A large part of getting fit is eating properly.  We’ll evaluate your current diet and make suggestions to improve it to complement your workout system. WHAT YOU DO It’s simple -  you show up, on a regular basis, and follow our recommendations for additional exercise and diet.  Commitment and continuity are key ingredients to success in any endeavor.  We won’t mislead you and say you can achieve fabulous results in a short period of time.  Getting and staying fit takes work, and long-lasting results are acquired slowly for most people. You need to have a positive attitude and desire to face some challenges.  If you think you can accomplish something, you are much more likely to do so.  And, you’ll be pleasantly surprised at what your body can do when you want it to. When you sign up for training, you are reserving a time just for you.  If you fail to show up, or routinely cancel, you are cheating yourself.  Failure to cancel in a timely manner will also result in a charge for your session. RECOMMENDED TRAINING INTERVALS Obviously, the more you work out (within reason, of course), the faster you will achieve results.  Our recommended optimum training session program is three 1 hour private sessions per week with a trainer.  Alternate days should include some form of cardio exercise. If you are unable to choose the optimum recommendation, we will be happy to assist you with any other schedule you choose.  You may also  work out with a friend or family member. We offer: 1 hour sessions: private or semi-private ½ hour sessions: private or semi-private
