facility

Our training facility is a “no-frills” gym – 1600 sq ft. of essential equipment for training and individual workouts. The gym floor is perfectly arranged for a serious workout with no wasted space. Our cardio equipment is positioned in a loft overlooking the main floor. The décor is “industrial chic” in keeping with its location in a business/industrial area.
